We have used Horseless for about 10 years twice a year - to bring car to MI in the spring and back to FL in the fall. We fill the car with "stuff" and in 20 trips nothing has EVER been disturbed or stolen. Never once could I not say that the driver was anything but very gracious, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I have ALWAYS been well satisfied and that's why we keep using Horseless year after year.
