Our car was picked up ridiculously early; on Oct 23 from Fort Lee, NJ with a promised delivery by Oct 29. We were told a whole of of hooey as to why the pickup was that early. This is an enclosed transport so they only have about 6 cars to pickup and transport. By the 29 our car was not at our Florida home. That is 7 days! We called the driver who told us that Horseless Carriage had picked up our vehicle and had held it in Paterson NJ until the 28! So that was 5 days with no reason at all for them to have our car but to park it in their garage…who knows…..maybe they use our car.
The driver loaded our car on Monday the 28!!! They had our car since the 23!!!! We did not get our car till Thursday the 31.
THAT IS NINE…YES …9 ….DAYS TO HAVE OUR CAR DELIVERED FROM NJ TO FLORIDA WHEN THEY ONLY HAD 6 CARS TO DELIVER!!!
All I got was some more BS when I asked why they had lied to us and why it took so long.
So do not use this transport company. I certainly will never use them and report this on every review site possible.
