horseless carriage picked up a black mercedes s550 in perfect condition and delivered it having DEEP scratches in clear coat all over car but especiall the hood. looked like it was wiped down with a rag and ground dirt into the clear coat. the car was covered with greasy hand prints as well. talked to customer service and they don't believe it happened. i didnt expect much but they did not even say sorry. used them before but never again. not even for free!
