This transport was my first and went very well. Contact lady was very helpful and efficient. Driver was professional, on time, good with communication (letting me know where he was the day before delivery, when he'd be leaving, etc.). Great customer service- somebody (at company office or the driver's cell) always answered or called back promptly. A lot more expensive than open transport, but the lack of debris hitting the car plus the worry-free customer service made it worth it.
