My local Harley dealership recommended these guys Horseless Carriage. I called them over a month in advance to get my bike shipped. The first woman I spoke to on the phone was very abrupt and didn't seem interested in answering questions. I was told someone would contact me in 7 to 10 days. A couple of weeks go by and still no call. I call them back and I'm told that someone should be contacting me soon. Another week goes by and now it's getting close to the day I have to move. I call them up asking what's going on. I am told they have to call me back in 10 mins. Over a half an hour later someone calls me to tell me they don't have any shipments going out that way which is why no one has called me to schedule a time.

I wasted close to a month on these people waiting for someone to call me that was never going to call me. I told them repeatedly that I needed my bike to be picked up before June 30th so they knew I had a limited time frame. On top of that they never asked me to fill out any paperwork and I was told I had to pay cash to the guy that showed up to get my bike. The new place I contacted was way more professional and sent me a shipping request form to fill out and allows me to pay by credit card.

All they had to do was tell me they couldn't pick up my bike because they were not making any deliveries out to Missouri. Instead they just strung me along without contacting me to tell me anything. If you want a professional company that will actually do what they say and not blow you off then stay away from these guys.
