My experience with horseless carriage was nothing short of spectacular. Right from the beginning I received top notch customer service from Kurt who handled my transport. I called several transporters that gave me quotes for an enclosed transport but none were as low as Horseless carriage. Kurt said they had a truck nearby to the pick up site in Louisiana and they could have my Viper to me in three days. I gave them the OK and Wayne the driver called me the next day to let me know he would be picking up my car that night. Wayne called me that night after he got the car loaded to let me know he could be in South Carolina the next night or the following morning if I would rather unload it in the daylight. I opted for the following morning and Wayne showed up at 8:00 A.M. as promised. Wayne was very helpful and professional. If I ever need another transport I will definantly be calling Horseless carriage.
