I'm what is considered a Snowbird, for the past three years, i've commuted back and forth from Miami/Dade to the East end of Long Island for the Summer months. The past two years, I had used four different transporters to move one of my cars and motorcycle back and forth. The reason I had changed transporters was due to the unprofessionalism of both the customer service people and the drivers. My experience with Horseless carriage the three times I've used them this year (2007 ) has been nothing but the best. Between Kurt in the home office and the drivers, who freely give you their cell phone numbers, is nothing but great communication, care and respect for both you and your vehicles. I am more than happy to recommend this company to my friends and business associates.
I'm truly a loyal Horseless Carriage customer from now on.
