I couldn't be happier with the whole process, and this is coming from someone who is very particular about his cars (which is why I went with an enclosed carrier). I went with Horseless Carriage on a recommendation from my older brother, who had used them to transport my late father's 1958 MGA cross country from Portland to New York a few years ago. He also was very happy with the process and the car arrived in excellent shape. I purchased a car (BMW roadster) from a longtime friend while visiting friends and family in Portland and had to ship it back to my home in Virginia (my work schedule did not allow sufficient time to drive it back). The pick-up occurred after I had returned to Virginia and I had to further coordinate the drop-off timeframe in Virginia to avoid a block of time when I was unavailable due to work-related travel. The driver, Bob H., was extremely helpful, professional, and flexible in terms of pick-up and drop-off logistics and communicated with me on an ongoing basis. With the ongoing communications, he was able to jockey his other pick-ups and drop-offs to meet a timeframe that worked for me. The car arrived in great shape. The driver was freindly, professional, customer focussed.
