Plain & Simple, they made the entire experience enjoyable. I had never needed a transport company before and once I started doing my research I started to get nervous. Wow there is a whole word of Transporting of Vehicles that was unknown to me. So many things to think about and to consider. After zipping out a few quick emails for prices to get me going all ten were quick to get their prices to me. I then asked each one "Why should I do business with you and how do you justify your pricing?" Horseless Carriage was the first to respond of only three responses. Remember I asked all ten. I then pointed Kurt to the previous reviews written on this site. He did an excellent job explaining teh "transport business" to me and why some may not be satisfied. He was quick to point to the 8000 cars they ship each year. Thats over 150 a week, Incredible. You handle anything 150 times in one week there are going to be problems. Regardless, from the first contact till today with our Mercedes delivered early without any problems whatsoever we are 100% satisfied. The driver Jim was so great in communicating on both ends. Thank you Horseless Carriage for taking the unknown to me and delivering a homerun. Trust me they did a great job.
