I moved from Phoenix, AZ to go back home to Alabama in order to be near family. I was so nervous about having my vehicle transported due to cost, problems in the process, etc. I quoted other companies but most wanted upwards of $900+. When I found HAM, I was really surprised that their rate was $626.00 so I gave Capt Mark a call.

He gave me a total breakdown of how the process works (good thing because it turned out to be more complicated than I realized) and what his role in everything was. I was making arrangements fairly early so he asked me on what exact date would I like my card to be charged for the small deposit. On the date that I have given him, he called, confirmed and charged the card. Perfect and honest considering he didn't have to wait for that date nor did he have to call and confirm as I suspect other companies might do.

I ran into a problem when the company driver that Capt Mark had scheduled my vehicle to be transported by sent me a text less than 24 hours before saying their load was too heavy and to contact my broker and "find another transport company." I called Capt Mark (who by the way, always answers his phone) and he was clearly unhappy with this other company and said he'd call back with a solution in 15 minutes. He wasn't kidding! 15 minutes later I got a call saying it had been reassigned with the same price and pick up time. My vehicle was picked up in Arizona on the 18th of December and was delivered about an hour ago to Alabama. (the 19th @ 1100 PM)

Lastly, I want to say that I find it tacky when companies ASK for a positive review on whatever website and the whole reason that I am writing this review is because never once did Capt Mark or anyone at HAM ever ask or even mention a review, whether positive or negative, so thanks HAM for everything! Seriously, it was such a stress reliever dealing with you during this situation!
