No Wonder Hilton Has a BBB Rating of AA!

It's really hard to select a carrier via the Internet because it's hard to separate the promises from the facts, so I spent a long time tracing the BBB rating of each promising-sounding company. In many cases the difference between the marketing pitch and the BBB rating was scary! Although I was even a little leary about the objectivity of this site, I chose 2 companies that were well-rated on the site and sure enough, they both had good BBB ratings. I settled on Hilton Transport and dealing with Nichole Hilton was a real plasure ... she returned my call promptly, was very responsive and knowledgeable about her drivers etc., and followed through as promised. The bottom line is that the price was competitive, the driver was very professional, and my BMW was delivered safe and sound right on time in Southern CA just 5 days after being picked up right on schedule in Central FL ... despite the fact that we were in the middle of a massive tropical storm! I would certainly recommend Hilton Transport ... based on my experience, they deserve the AA rating they hold with the Better Business Bureau.
