Hilton Auto Transport was very good. They were prompt with responses and had a window of pick-up times that was much less than its competitors. It's important that people really understand the process of shipping a car when they are doing so because it's very different from other shipping and delivery methods, so be patient and understanding. Hilton contracted an auto shipping company and gave me the name and phone number so that I could get everything squared away with them. The driver of the truck was very nice and courteous. I was able to speak with him while he was on the road if I chose to, so that was a bit of a relief and it helped when delivering my car because the area was not conducive for a 75 foot long big rig. So we arranged a slightly different location 30 minutes before delivery to make it easier for the driver. I hope I never have to ship another car across the country, but if I do, I will be calling Hilton.
