Nichole is the company owner, I believe. She got back to me immediately when I called. The pick up was late do to a mechanical issue on a Friday, but the vehicle was picked up Monday and delivered on time. There was good communication from the driver on my end as to delivery.

This is the first time I ever had to use a transport, and I was a skeptic at first. I think just about all the quotes I received after filling out a request detailed what you should and should not do when transporting your car. I appreciated that, as I had no idea. Initially I received an instant computer quote however the Expedition takes up a bit more space on the truck- Nichole explained it all and placed it quickly for a great price.

I ultimately based my decision on reviews and lower cost, and especially her website. Good job!! Thanks Nichole.

I felt obligated to review the experience as I relied on the experience of others to make my decision to begin with.
