Posted online and got all kinds of offers and crazy high-pressure salespeople calling. Nichole was pretty low-key and straight forward. We were traveling and tight on money. she said she would see what she could do, called back later and gave us a $75 discount on a pretty reasonable price already. From then on we got a couple of followiing up calls, a confirmation call for pickup time. Driver contacted us periodically for the next four days until car was dropped off, one hour later than promised, for a 1500-mile drive, that's pretty impressive. No over the top niceness, no unnecessary phone calls, no false promises. Pretty much no drama. Exactly what we wanted! Thanks.
