BEWARE: AVOID HIGH STANDARDS RELOCATION AT ALL COSTS! The movers damaged many of my furniture (and completely shattered several items) and charged more than estimated (while my inventory was significantly less). The also broke my front door of the home I moved from and dented the door of my new home. Many of boxes arrived crushed or ripped.
They also do not respond to email (High Standards' emails will bounce back) and not take calls. The movers also left behind a bedframe which they refused to pick up / ship to my new home. I can also vouch for many of the negative reviews for High Standards / Sega Transport as I experienced the same as well (e.g. coordinating with "Mike", "Ryan" or "Donovan" who ends up ignoring your calls). Zero stars, No Standards.
