I contacted Omar after reading relatively good reviews. Main consideration was ability to pick up car in Miami as seller was in town for only a few days. Omar assured me this was no problem, I signed papers and left deposit. After waiting around for 2 days without a word, we finally spoke to Omar who had all sorts of excuses, but we waited another day. Nothing. We called again and said the seller was leaving the country tomorrow what's going on. he called us back and said he made arrangements with another trucker to pick up the car within an hour or so, but it would be an extra $100. What can we do we agreed. We waited that entire afternoon, then finally got in touch with the carrier who told us they told Omar they couldn't make the pickup till after the weekend. This we couldn't do, and we told this to the carrier and Omar. Desperate we called another transport who was professional enough to pick the car up early the next morning.
If this wasn't bad enough, Omar tried keeping the deposit, no contact, no call back. needless to say we had to file all sorts of complaints and ratings.
