This is the first time I've ever needed to ship my car. I was very nervous because my car is very valuable to me, and I have heard many horror stories of what can happen when you ship a car across country. I asked the dealership that deals in my car (not where I bought it originally) and they recommended another shipper. After looking into that business, I didn't like what I heard so I called my dealership here in PA and asked them for a referral. They recommended High End Transport, saying they had a good record of shipping cars safely.
Among the things I really liked was that High End provided a contact person, Ernie, who always took my calls on his cell phone, even after traditional business hours were over. I had a million questions and Ernie patiently answered all of them. And also very helpful was, Ernie gave me his driver's cell phone, Edmund. Edmund at first seemed a little unpredictable, as he had some truck engine trouble and some other delays relating to another car drop off he had to do so I had to wait 2 extra days until he finally got to me. But he seemed honest so, with a prayer, I sent my beloved car off with him.
To my surprise, Edmund made great time and delivered the car to my requested location a day or two earlier than I originally thought. The car was apparently undamaged, I did not see any scratches. I had put some stuff in the trunk that I thought might get stolen (you're not supposed to do that but I did) and it all made it untouched.
I highly recommend Ernie and High End, and would gladly use them again in the future.
