Like the previous reviews, I booked HERTZ AUTO TRANSPORT to transport my vehicle to Texas from Nevada. I spoke to JORGE MACKENZIE non stop until I signed the contract. I paid my deposit and two days later they charged the entire move. I contacted Jorge who stated that it was in error. I asked him to cancel my service and he assured me that it would be cancelled and I would be issued a full refund. I have been calling the phone numbers listed since Monday, March 15, 2010 and I have only gotten the voicemail. All of my voicemails and emails have gone unanswered. I will be taking action by disputing with my credit card company and filing criminal charges. This company is a scam.
