There are significant differences between how Todd and other brokers deal with their promises. If you read the negative reviews on this site, many of the complaints have to do with promises not kept after a deposit is paid. E.g. false pickup and delivery dates and price escalations in order to meet previous promises. If you don't agree, then a fight ensues over your deposit. These problems do not exist with Todd. Great overall experience! Could not have been better.
