My suv was transported from Honolulu to Oakland, CA. Obvious damages, dents and scratches are visible at time of pick up. Process of filing claims started with Jenny Welcomes. I provided her 3 out of 2 estimates near my area. She then replied back to me why I’m claiming more damages from the estimates? I don’t know if this claim person knows how to fix cars. You have undo a part to get into the damage part so of course they will charge you time! I told Jenny Welcomes to call the shops and she ca do her diligence duty because I did my part and. I paid extra insurance for this situation! Ms Welcomes keeps insisting that the estimates are more than what the damages are because the labor/ work and parts are also included in removing/ undoing the car to get into the damage part in which she clearly does not understand! So now, I’m just goin to take my case to small claims with an attorney.
