I have only minor issues with regard to shipping my truck from California to Hawaii. It was somewhat difficult to find the pick up location due to lack of signage, and I thought the wait was a bit long, out of doors, waiting for service at a window in the hot sun. I also think it would have been nice to have had my vehicle brought around to me as the parking area was tightly packed and the maneuvering to get out was difficult. All in all though, I'm quite happy with the service I received from Hawaii Car Transport.
