Military beware; avoid this company at all costs! I called this company and was ensured that the car will be delivered on or about the 22 June (to Virginia) but NO EARLIER. Keep in mind I'm still in Hawaii...They said they would keep the car at the port (in Long Beach) for one extra week; to ensure we would be in Virginia after the 22 June, in order for us to sign for the car. Now fast forward, is 11 JUNE and my car is sitting on the side of the road in Newport News, VA! YES THEY JUST DROPPED IT OFF WITH NOONE THERE TO RETRIEVE IT!!! 11 Days early and I don't know anyone in VA! The only excuse hawaii transport could give me was, they think it was a freaking language barrier. I speak English not pigeon, so it seems the business has the issue. They sub-contracted out to a company, who then sub-contract out to enter company... Then pretend as if they didn't cause this domino effect of failure. I will never do business with a company who doesn't care about my assets nor takes responsibility for their actions. Now I'm jumping through hoops to find someone (hopefully military) to go retrieve my car before it gets stolen. Bad business practices; read all the bad reviews and you will see why this company should be avoided at all costs.
