This was my first time using a brokerage service to transport a private vehicle so this has been a learning experience. My car was picked up when I was told it would be and delivered a week after the original date specified. This was not an issue because the carrier, Cargo King kept me informed of the change and the reason for it. The car arrived in good shape. I expected more customer service from HaulAway but after the load was booked I had to take the initiative. Pricing was good and HaulAway took the initiative of finding a carrier. I would probably use them in the future.
