I initially requested a quote from several different shipping companies. Henry personally called me and got my information. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. At that time, we had not yet purchased the car and I was just doing initial pricing research. Henry was very understanding and not pushy at all.
When the car was finally purchased, I called Henry back and he remembered helping me a few weeks prior. Henry from HJM Shipping made the entire shipping process worry free and very easy. He kept me informed and updated me frequently. Whenever I had a question or concern, Henry was available to personally speak to me by phone and he was always very patient.
The level of customer service I received from Henry greatly surpassed my expectations. If you want to work with someone who is honest, fair, extremely professional, courteous, well informed and who provides excellent customer service, use HJM shipping!!!!
