Henry with HJM shipping was very understanding, helpful, and knowledgable.
He understood the delays with my situation, deceased Uncle's Estate, my Divorce, and other of life's problems that developed since first speaking with him.
Fast forward to six months later, he still remembered me by name and took care of the job.
I recommend this agent, and will definitely coordinate with him in the future if need should arise for any other shipment.
