I was very pleased with the service provided by HJM Shipping. Henry is highly accessible and clearly places a high priority on customer satisfaction. Although the pick up location was pretty remote, so much so that some other well established carriers didn't want to do the job, Henry had an enclosed transporter identified almost immediately, and the pick up occurred within just days of my call. The delivery happened just as quickly, just a few days from Wisconsin to New Jersey. I had direct contact with the driver Chris and he was very friendly and personable and also clearly put a high priority on my satisfaction with the transport. My car, which is a 38 year old vehicle with only 750 miles on it, was handled very carefully. The driver took care to have minimal movement of the vehicle, in fact I don't believe it was moved at all after loading until delivery. The price of this transport job was reasonable, HJM's quote was lower than some of the larger carriers. Overall this worked out very well and I definitely would use HJM again for any future car transport needs.
