Gentlemen: Good morning, I am certainly not new to having vehicles transported for me. It was only last June I had a Honda Odyssey moved from McKinney, TX to North Charleston, SC. The move was orchestrated by the dealer and the trip is 1,117 miles in duration. Now, I am a patient businessman, however, 17 days from the beginning of the process to completion is just ridiculous.

I recently completed a successful internet auction that ended late on a Sunday afternoon and I posted my transportation needs on the net. Like I said that was late Sunday afternoon, much to my surprise as I closed that page I had been already contacted by HJM Shipping and received three options with prices included.

Also, as time when on that Sunday evening quotes were filling up my in-box and a decision had to be made. Well, we have all heard the tale, “The early bird gets the worm” and in this case Mr. Henry Mezzetti for HJM Shipping was the early bird and received the job.

Henry is the ultimate businessman, as the customer is first in the order of business; he is also a communication specialist when it comes to keeping the customer informed. The transport was unique in a way as the vehicle was a high top conversion Ford E250 and was assigned to Dc Carriers with driver Mr. Mark
at the wheel, Mark a delightful person to speak with, is also a communication specialist, as I was kept informed every step of the way. The trip was a little less then 700 miles and from pick-up to delivery that arrived precisely on time in 1 ½ days.

So, would I deal with Mr. Henry Mezzetti for HJM Shipping along with Mark from Dc Carriers, that answer is obvious? The price was fair and competitive, the interaction was outstanding and the level of communications for Henry and Mark were exceptional.

In closing, it was my extreme pleasure dealing with Henry and Mark, gentlemen, keep up your outstanding business ethics and my sincere thanks for a job very well done. Good Luck to you both.
