Henry at HJM calmed my fears about transporting my 97 Honda from NY to LA. He actually called several times just to put me - and then my more anxious wife - both at ease. Henry is the broker who hooked us up with a transport company CAA. Our contact person Chris there was knowledgeable and yes, honest, about times and the place to drop off the car. Even Bear at Murphy's tow - which transported our car to the long distance trucker that carried it out west - helped make us feel even more confident. He told us that the driver, who had a slight Korean accent, was a trustworthy good guy.

Everybody, at every step of the way, was considerate and encouraging. Our car arrived three days earlier than we expected - just under seven days. It was in perfect condition, maybe a little dirty but a little car wash took care of that.

Again, let me thank Henry for taking charge and contracting a reputable and efficient long distance trucker., CAA
