Arrangements for and the pickup of item was done promtly. The item was delivered sooner than anticipated. The driver "Robert Agnew" used good communication about pickup and delivery prior to and enroute, delivered our item in good shape. He did a great job. Tell Robert we are sorry for the bad luck with the deer mishap.
