My mother recently lost her vehicle during Hurricane Irene. My wife and I live in Las Vegas and purchased a replacement car here for my mother because of flooded inventory in North Carolina. Henry contacted us with a quote, which was higher than other quotes we received, but the other companies all gave us an inaccurate low-ball figure. Henry never tried to upsell us or use the common bait and swithch tactic to trick us into earning our business. From the beginning, Henry was knowledgable and professional. The price he quoted was the price we paid when the car was delivered to my mother's front door. The car also arrived much sooner than expected. I highly recommend HJM Shipping and will use this company again if the need arises. Thank you Henry all your help.
