I shipped my 2002 Ford Thunderbird convertible from Grand Rapids, Michigan to San Diego, California last fall. My wife & I went to CA on an extended vacation. When I shipped the car out I was inundated by some really shady sounding, slick-talking, salesmen. What a relief it was to finally find someone that was a down-to-earth, English-speaking, friendly & flexible person as Melissa was! Everything fell into place from that point on. It was such a simple & pleasurable experience that I called Grifo Auto Transport and talked to Melissa again when it was time to ship the 'Bird home this Spring. She found me a hauler within a day or two of my call and the pickup was made just a couple days after that. Both times the car reached its destination on-time, without a scratch - as expected. Smoooth. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I love it when plans come to fruition. - -)
