There was a nationwide backlog for vehicle transport so they had difficult finding me a driver. I contacted them and told them that I needed a driver ASAP or our vehicle would not make a port call. They escalated my request and found a driver that was available the same day. It cost me a few dollars more, but the driver showed up three hours later, picked up our old vintage van, delivered it from Idaho to Los Angeles, and even went the extra mile to get it started and over to the repair garage. Great experience and will definitely use this company again.
