Prior to purchase of this vehicle I canvased Auto transport Co. for quotes. They ranged from $825- $1,500 to ship my 1931 "non-operable" Pontiac 2dr cp. from Laveen, Az to Boston, NY. aprox 2300 miles. This would be on open carrier. Most of the folks I spoke with assured me that the vehicle would not wind up as a truck stop ornament. Some cautioned me that low prices may be associated with less than steller service! Maybe so! But I've never taken the low or the high 7 it's still a 50/50 crap shoot!

Aaron @ Great American Auto Transport contacted me with a quote that was somewhere in the middle. He also said if I gave him the go ahead he would try & find a transporter heading my way. And maybe save me a couple bucks in the process. The very next day he contacted me & informed me that the car was loaded & in route to NY! Not only did Aaron save me a weeks delivery time, he also saved me $100.00 on the original quote.

As promised the transporter contacted me later that day to make arrangements for the drop off & payment balance. I met up this AM with Frank from Global Transport & we transferred the vehicle to my trailer. I live in a residential area & our road has strict weight limits. Frank was great & helped me load the vehicle & didn't leave until I was complete with securing the unit.

I've had some great experiences, some not so great, & many many nightmarish ones . But I must confess that right from the get-go, everyone I talked with & dealt with were outstanding & did what they committed to! This experience rates right up there with, but not quite, the bikini & suntan oil!!!!!!!
