We recently moved from California to North Carolina and had about 2 weeks to find a company to transport our vehicle. After several quotes and different businesses contacting me, we decided to go with Grab & Haul. Being our first experience transporting our vehicle we didnt know what to do but, Llando helped us the entire way from pickup and delivery. He went above and beyond when the first company wasn't able to pickup our vehicle the day before our flight, he managed to find another company the same day and confirmed the time of the pickup. We were not able to be present when pickup was done but the driver did provide photos when the vehicle was on the trailer. Llando was very professional and prompt when it came to communication from the driver. Llando made sure the ETA of the delivery was met and it all went smoothly. Thank you Llando for the professionalism and service.
