Llando was great. He helped thru the process, making sure I understood all the costs and verifying with carrier on any cost associated with overweight. When there was some confusion on pickup, he worked with carrier to confirm my dates.
He kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle, and checking when I had questions. It was definitely a good experience working with Llando.
