They are a great example of the kind of people you want to deal with, especially in an industry where there’s a lot of confusion and deceptive practices. This is my first time shipping a vehicle and after weeding through all the negative online reviews about other companies, I happened to stumble across their name on Reddit. The reviews were overwhelmingly positive. It’s a small, family owned business that actually cares about ALL customers. Brittany is the point person and spent a significant amount of time on the phone with me after having sent a competitive quote. She was honest, incredibly helpful and made me feel at ease about the entire process. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Her fiancé Brent, who owns the business, was equally as polite and helpful. Unfortunately, I ended up having to choose another company that was able to schedule pickup for the very same day as the car needed to be delivered asap. In spite of this, Brittany was pleasant, respectful and congratulatory about me having found what I needed on such short notice. I felt the need to write this review for anyone looking to work with a company that has integrity, is hands on and will treat you the way you expect to be treated. They’re one of the good ones out there.
