In response: This customer received a quote on 12/29/09 but did not call to book the order until 2/1/10 and wanted pick up between 2/1-2/10. Customer was informed that our first available truck to pick up would not be until 2/13-2/16 (all noted on the transport order received by the customer). Customer was told that delivery would be approximately 2-6 days depending on where else the truck was scheduled to go (truck has 9 to 10 cars and is picking up and delivering other cars along the way) and this truck was going to Florida, Nth Carolina, and Sth Carolina prior to delivering in Virginia. The driver was running a little behind due to some weather issues (common for winter months), The car was picked up on 2/17 and delivered on 2/24. We are truly sorry that the customer was not completely satisfied since our reputation is based on customer satisfaction. We encourage people to read the paperwork that is sent with both the quote and the transport order so that they fully understand how the shipment will work.
