We used Gold Star Shipping to transport our Subaru Outback from Nevada to Alabama. We had a really hard time trying to find a carrier for the route, and got a lot of spam mail from various people to try and help, only to quote us a crazy amount of money, or continue to spam us even after we said no to them. When I finally found Ellen, she was very helpful and polite, and spoke to us personally every step of the way. We got an initial quote, and even when we ran into difficulties, and needed the car earlier than anticipated, she was very helpful and kept out price as close to the initial quote as possible for a cross country route. She never approved or scheduled anything without our approval, and she made sure we knew exactly what was happening with our car at every stage. Ellen was awesome! And she found us a great transporter who got our car to us quickly and without any damage! If we need our cars shipped at any point in the future, we will definitely be using Ellen and Gold Star Transport.
