I was VERY hesitant to transport my car. I've never done anything like it before, but it wouldn't have been possible for me to drive the 3,000 miles by myself. Ellen is a very low-key, soft sell kind of broker, and she pretty much had to hold my hand through the entire process. She listened carefully to my needs (and fears!) and found a company that worked exactly with my schedule (I had to have the car picked up within a small window on a set date, and also needed it delivered within a small window on a set date). Thanks again Ellen! I would recommend her to anyone. She knows her business and her contacts. And by the way, I DID perform my due diligence by contacting the DOT. All clear.
