I spoke with Amanda about shipping my car from AZ to NC and they could never get either address right. Never got any of my reply emails until I had decided to cancel my order and I got the email saying to exspect a refund in 5-7 buis days. It has been over two months and and what must be hundreds of phone calls now, no one at the office even answers the phone any more! And STILL NO REFUND! They never provided me with any service and have not earned my money! I am now putting in a complaint with the BBB.
