I moved from Chicago to Southern California and after several phone calls and price quotes I decided up Global Express because it was the cheapest (most places were charging ~$1000 but they only asked for $695). Long story short I made contacted my salesperson several times because I was a first-time mover. I didn't know what to expect in shipping a car but this company took very good care of me. The problem with the car shipping industry is that this company is only a broker, they need to then find someone to actually move your car for you. Luckily I had no problems with this but it sounds like several other people have. I recommend using them but encourage staying in constant contact with your salesperson to see if they have found a driver to ship your car.
Overall, great experience, especially since I saved a ton of money.
