This is the WORST business of any kind I have ever dealt with in my life. I booked my order online on a Thursday. I was told when I spoke to someone from the company that it would take a few days (2-3) to have my car picked up. No one contacted me after one week. I called and received no answer. Left a voicemail and received no call backs either. I finally spoke to someone who told me that someone would contact me back. No one ever did. I had to call them back. Then I was told that my car would be picked up on Monday, someone would contact me 24 hours before. No one did. I called and surprise, surprise, no answer. When I did get someone on the phone the next day, I was told that my car wouldn’t be picked up until either Wednesday or Thursday because the driver decided to go with another order which paid more. Can you believe this company? The worst part of this was that you could never get anyone on the phone! You would have to try your luck when it comes to reaching anyone at that company.
