same story as other reviewer - we could not get our car picked up after 4 attempts. we where yelled at and basically just jerked around. the employees can be heard swearing and bantering in the background. i have no faith that my deposit will be refunded. absolutely horrible experience. i chose them for their cheap price, will not make that mistake again.

I do apologize for your experience with our company. However there are situations that occor that are out of our control. In your case our transporters truck had broken down.
