My car was damaged by its contractor company, and on the request of this company, I faxed them the estimation cost for repair, but since then there is no replay for more than two weeks, still stuck here. the only thing that jiant auto transport did is said that the person from its contractor will contact with me, but they never did it. I guess finally I have to let my lawyer handle all of these if I do not want to wait forever. I wish I had seen those review before I used giant.
