I had to ship a car last minute from Delaware to Texas. I was in a bit of time crunch and trying to wade through the auto transport language (broker vs. carrier, switchboard). I needed a firm specific date the day before my flight and was quite worried after reading about bait and switch(where the dispatcher says they can arrange a pickup only for there not to be a hauler available and the customer is left facing a hefty cancellation fee). Luckily I had the assistance of Diana. She was able to accommodate all of my worries and answer all of my questions. She even let me talk to the specific carrier before I actually signed the contract and proceeded. Your card is only charged after the carrier had picked up your vehicle. I want to thank Diana and the Haus Transport for arranging my vehicle to be picked up on Friday in delaware and delivered to Texas on a Sunday. I definitely was not feeling expecting this company to find a hauler on the same day I contacted them but they did. I am very satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again.
