It was my first time shipping a vehicle, therefore I was nervous and skeptical about the companies, but I took time to research and read reviews which led me to GetCarrier. Alex Rudell was the agent who help me out finding a driver to transport my son’s car from Texas to Virginia. The process was smooth although I ended up paying almost double my initial quote. Alex was there to answer every question I had, and there were many, but he was always responsive, patient and helpful. The driver was nice and professional. We had good communication while he transported the vehicle and he picked up and delivered right on schedule.
