Overall positive experience. The only problem was that my estimated fees were $560 and my actual fees were $730. They tell you the fees may increase when you sign the agreement, and based on other reviews I was expecting it, but I still don't love it. Denis and Diana were helpful and communicative. Working directly with the carrier (GetCarrier is just the broker) was also very easy. This was for a car shipment from Colorado to California.
