Eva Simpson from Get Carrier was fabulous! I had booked a different company weeks ago to have my car shipped from Arizona to Illinois. As the days were getting closer and nothing was happening with the other company I decided to get in touch with Get Carrier. Eva’s communication was excellent! She responded to texts, emails, and phone calls almost immediately reassuring me she was working on it. I have been in customer service my entire life and communication is key. She was so lovely and pleasant. I will only be doing business with her and Get Carrier in the future. I would like to mention as well that Oliver, a customer service representative, also called me to let me know the status on pick up day to keep me informed. Keep up the good work!
