Minor Issues but Overall Good Experience

My experience with Maks at Getcarrier was a good one though there were some issues with the overall experience which I hear can be typical of this industry. I was quoted $1,250 and told that I would get a call back a few days before pickup. I hadn't heard from anyone with 2 days until the scheduled pickup date so I called the company to check on the status. The customer service rep told me that they didn't know if they would find someone to ship it. When I asked what my options were, I was told "you could get someone else to ship it or just drive it yourself". This wasn't what I wanted to hear given that I was already driving another car from CA to FL and was leaving in 3 days. Thank goodness Maks called me a few hours later and cleared everything up. He pulled through for me and had my car picked up a day early. The only other thing that happened was the carrier broke down and ended up delivering the car a few days after I expected it. It wasn't an issue for me since I had another car but worth mentioning. My car arrived in the same condition it left in so I was happy.
