Set up initial request via text message. Had prompt responses initially, however, once the contract was signed, everything changed. Three days passed with no progress. Inquiries about the status of the reservation were met with “working on it” and nothing more. Got tired of waiting and cancelled the whole thing. Still don’t know if they are going to charge me anything for wasting my time. Wouldn’t recommend, won’t use again.
